To download photos from an online photo service:

  1. Click the Photos button on the Navigation panel.

  2. Click the Get Photo icon located below the buttons.

  3. Select Online Photo Service from the flyout of options displayed.

  4. Select the film you wish to download from the Film list. If it is a new film to be downloaded, click the New Film button. A dialog is displayed prompting you to specify a user name or a password.

    By name:

    1. Type your name and the unique ID number of your roll on the network in the Name and Roll fields, respectively.

    2. Click OK. Thumbnails of all photos on the roll are displayed in the Work area.

    By account:

    1. Enter your account name and password in the fields provided.

    2. If you know the server on which the roll resides, select it from the Server list. If you do not know the server, select Search for account from the list, provide the account details, and click Get. All rolls that exist for the specified account are listed.

    3. Select a roll from the list displayed.

    4. Click OK. Thumbnails of all photos on the roll are displayed in the Work area.

  5. If you wish, specify a file name prefix other than the default one, Photo. Downloaded photos are assigned numerical file names with the specified prefix attached, ie; Photo0001, Photo0002, Photo0003, etc.

  6. If you wish, select the Add to an Album check box to add the photos to an album automatically as they are downloaded. Click the Browse button to specify the destination album. If you have an album already open, its name is displayed in the list.

  7. Using the tools on the Command Bar, rotate the photos right or left if you wish.

  8. From the list provided, specify the photo quality, or resolution, at which the photos are to be downloaded.

    Note: For higher resolutions (usually High and Maximum), a fee per photo is charged. As you attempt to download the photo(s), you are prompted to accept the billing charge. If you accept the charge, the Billing Information dialog is displayed. Enter your personal details and credit card information. Select the Save credit card info check box to save this information for as long as the Get Photo >> Online Photo Service page is open. In this way, the billing information is retained for the next photo you wish to download.

    Note: Delivery locations and methods do not have to be specified unless you are instructed to do so by the online photo service.

    The Billing Information dialog can be opened at any time by clicking the Billing Information icon on the Command Bar.

  9. Select the photos you wish to download. Click the Select All button on the Command Bar to download the entire roll.
